The Allin Company is settled in Le Vanneau, a city at the core of the beautiful regional park of the Poitou Marshes, 20 km from Niort. The Poitou Marshes offers a natural environment unique in France. It is a region of marshes, canals and rivers and lowlands and woodlands located 20 km West from Niort, 60 km East from La Rochelle and 80 km from the Ré Isle and 30 km South from Fontenay-Le-Comte.

Our jobs for men and women

Main missions:

  • You will take part in the manufacture of our products by working at one or more workstations.
  • You will respect the safety rules and defined operating procedures and will work with various machines and equipment, ensuring their proper use and maintenance. You may be required to carry out 1st level maintenance operations.
  • You will pay attention to the raw material, wood, and will be concerned about the quality of the work carried out in order to contribute to the satisfaction of our customers.
  • You will fill in the production monitoring documents and participate in the continuous improvement process.

 

Required profile:

  • No specific diploma required, we provide training at our workstations.
  • Above all, we are looking for serious, respectful people with a sense of effort. Manual skills are required as well as the ability to work in a team.

Main missions:

  • You will be responsible for the commercial development of a geographical sector (France or abroad) based on the sales objectives defined by the sales director.
    In this context, you will manage a portfolio of customers, and lead, promote and develop the loyalty of your network of distributors and manufacturers.
  • You will carry out prospecting operations to win new markets in order to enable the company to carry on its development.
  • You will respond to customers’ needs with appropriate technical solutions, assist them with product or regulatory developments and negotiate commercial terms with them.
  • You will relay the commercial actions initiated by the company (trade shows, events, etc.)
  • You will ensure the management of your sector of activity by drawing up sales forecasts and carrying out a commercial watch.
  • You will apply work procedures, from quotation to collection, and report to your manager.
  • You will propose products and customer service improvements.

 

Required profile:

  • Higher education in commercial matters
  • It is important to master sales and negotiation techniques in order to develop a harmonious commercial relationship, in a win-win spirit;
  • Of course, knowledge of our markets and product ranges is essential, as is being rigorous, organised and demonstrating an unfailing sense of interpersonal skills and tenacity!

Main missions:

  • Using a forklift truck, you will handle products, materials, pallets, etc. to supply the production lines.
  • You will ensure the conformity of the goods transported.
  • You will fill in the documents related to stock management.
  • You will identify and report any handling anomalies (defective packaging, missing packages, etc.).
  • You will adapt the handling conditions to the different configurations (weight, fragility, environment, etc.).
  • You will carry out your work in strict compliance with safety regulations.

 

Required profile:

  • You have a truck driver’s licence (CACES 3).
  • You are very rigorous and concerned about a job well done.
  • Ideally, you have a general knowledge of logistics / stock management.
  • You know how to communicate with different people in various situations.
  • You have a good sense of logic in the organisation of your work.

Main missions:

  • You will carry out preventive, corrective and curative maintenance operations.
  • You will prepare your work by gathering all the necessary information and providing the necessary equipment.
  • You will ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • You will carry out basic overhaul operations.
  • You will identify, repair/replace defective system components and parts.
  • You will ensure good communication with production operators.
  • You will ensure the follow-up of your interventions.
  • You will ensure the updating of documents concerning the work carried out, the problems encountered, the adjustments made and any remarks and observations.
  • You will participate in the Continuous Improvement of the factory, in the updating of the ranges.

 

Required profile:

  • Technical training.
  • The most advanced knowledge possible in mechanics, electricity, automation, pneumatics, hydraulics, etc.
  • Reading of plans, diagrams, and technical instructions.
  • Repair methodology.
  • Safety rules.
  • Logical mind.
  • Good interpersonal skills.

Main missions:

The Sales Assistant handles the administrative part of the sales department. He/she manages the customer order (from entry to payment), and monitors the logistical and technical follow-up of sales.

  • You will ensure the telephone reception and customer information.
  • You will enter quotations provided by the sales department.
  • You will record / confirm customer orders.
  • You will be the interface with the planning department to monitor customer deadlines.
  • You will follow up on invoices issued and customers’ liabilities.
  • You will support the sales representative: Customer offers, price updates, technical data sheets, etc.
  • You will organise events.

Required profile:

  • Diploma in business or accounting/management.
  • Team player in an SME environment (trusting relationships, loyalty).
  • Communicative and organised.
  • Willingness to integrate in the long term.
  • Diplomacy and willingness to help (working in pairs + working in open space).
  • Knowledge of the industrial world is an asset.
